Delivery

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above US$ 250 (Worldwide) or above US$ 125 for shipping within Europe, Middle East and GCC. For other orders, we are pleased to offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99.

At Dulce Salerno, we offer three types of delivery options:

• Standard Delivery:

7 to 21 working days after the order is placed (between 8am & 6pm).

• Express Delivery:

3 to 5 working days after the order is placed (between 8am & 6pm).

– extra charge of US$ 25.

• Premium Delivery (some postcodes are not available for this service):

Delivery between 8am and 4pm within 2 to 3 working days after the order is placed.

– extra charge of US$ 45.

Return and Exchange

If you are not fully satisfied with your Dulce Salerno purchase, you have 30 days from the day you receive your package to send it back to us.

Dulce Salerno does not provide any refund as 100% of the profits are donated to charities.
